Return Policy
Platinum Swan stands behind our products.
If your order is delivered in a damaged box and the product is damaged, we will assist you in working with the delivery company (ie., USPS, UPS, Fedex).
Contact us for a return authorization number if you are dissatisfied with your order.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with an item you receive from Platinum Swan, please return the item to Platinum Swan in its original packing materials. We need to receive it undamaged, in a resellable condition.
Once we receive it we will fully refund the amount of the item plus any appropriate tax, or replace the product for you.
